Refund Policy
When and how you can get your money back for any SERP GROWTH plan.
Overview
This policy explains when you can get a refund for services bought from SERP GROWTH LLC ("we", "us"). All our plans are one-time digital services: SEO reports, research and recommendations delivered by email.
In short: full refund before work starts, partial refund if you cancel during the work, full refund if we deliver late, and free completion if anything in your plan is missing.
Cancelling before work starts
If you cancel your order before we start working on it, you receive a full refund. Work starts when we confirm by message or email that we have your payment and your website details.
Cancelling after work has started
If you cancel after work has started but before we deliver your report, you receive a 50% refund of the price you paid. This covers the time already spent on your order.
Late delivery
Each plan has a stated delivery time in business days. If we do not deliver within that time, and we have not agreed a new date with you, you can cancel and receive a full refund.
After delivery
Because our reports are digital and delivered in full, refunds are not normally available once your order has been delivered. However:
- If any item listed in your plan is missing from what we delivered, tell us and we will complete it free of charge within 3 business days.
- If we cannot complete the missing items, you receive a full refund.
What is not a reason for a refund
We do not offer refunds for:
- Changes in your Google rankings, traffic or sales. We do not guarantee search results, as explained in our Terms of Service.
- Recommendations that you choose not to apply to your website.
- Incorrect information you gave us about your website or business.
How to request a refund
Email us at any time before delivery, or within 14 days after delivery, with:
- The name and email address used for the order
- The plan you bought and the date of payment
- The reason for your request
We reply to every refund request within 2 business days.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a further 5 to 10 business days to show the money in your account. We do not charge any fee for processing a refund.
Payment disputes
If you have a problem with an order, please contact us before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank. Most issues can be solved quickly, and a refund through us is usually faster than a bank dispute.
Your legal rights
This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply where you live, including the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
