About these terms

These terms apply when you use serpgrowthagency.com or buy services from SERP GROWTH LLC ("we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in Kentucky, United States. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.

Our services

We provide search engine optimisation (SEO) services, including website audits, keyword research, on-page recommendations, competitor analysis and content planning. The exact deliverables for each plan are listed on our pricing page.

Our services are advice and recommendations. Unless agreed in writing, we do not make changes to your website ourselves.

Orders and payment

• Prices are shown in British pounds (GBP) and are one-time payments.
• Full payment is required before work starts.
• Your order is confirmed when we have received your payment and your website details.
• We may refuse an order before payment, for example if the website is not suitable for our services.

Delivery

Delivery times are counted in business days, Monday to Friday, from the moment your order is confirmed. Reports and files are delivered by email to the address you give us.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information about your website and business.
• Only order services for websites you own or are authorised to manage.
• Make sure your website and business follow the law.

No guarantee of rankings

Search engines such as Google control their own results and change them often. We cannot guarantee any specific ranking, traffic level, number of leads or sales. Results also depend on whether and how you apply our recommendations.

Revisions and corrections

The Pro plan includes one round of revisions, requested within 14 days of delivery. For all plans, if an item listed in your plan is missing, we will complete it free of charge, as described in our Refund Policy.

Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Ownership of your report

Once you have paid in full, you may use your report and deliverables freely for your own business, including sharing them with your web developer. Our internal tools, templates and methods remain our property. We will not publicly name you as a client without your permission.

Confidentiality

We keep the information you share about your business private and only use it to deliver your order.

Websites we do not work with

We do not provide services for websites that contain illegal content, infringe other people's intellectual property, spread malware or deceive users. If we find that an order involves such a website, we may cancel it and refund any work not yet delivered.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost data or drops in search rankings.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Third-party services

Our work may refer to tools and platforms run by other companies, such as Google Search Console. We are not responsible for those services or for changes their owners make.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States. If you are a consumer living in the UK or another country, you also keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
